Summary
This phase 2 trial tests whether the immunotherapy drug nivolumab can improve outcomes for people with locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma who still have signs of cancer after standard chemoradiotherapy. About 57 adults aged 19 and older will receive nivolumab infusions every 3 weeks for up to a year. The main goal is to see how many remain cancer-free after 2 years.
