First seen Jun 06, 2026 · Last updated Jun 11, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study tested two treatments—niraparib alone or niraparib plus bevacizumab—in people with recurrent endometrial or ovarian cancer that has a specific change in the ARID1A gene. The goal was to see how many patients' tumors shrank or disappeared. The study was stopped early after enrolling only 9 participants, so results are limited.
