Glowing dye guides surgeons to precisely cut out liver cancer

Summary

This study tests a special dye that makes liver cancer cells glow during surgery, helping surgeons see exactly where the tumor is and remove it more precisely. About 30 adults with early-stage liver cancer will get the dye injected before their operation. The goal is to improve cancer removal and reduce the chance of the cancer coming back.
