Summary
This study tests whether a traditional Chinese herbal paste (Ning Shen Dan Xiang) combined with donkey-hide gelatin can improve sleep quality in adults with chronic insomnia. Sixty participants will take the paste twice daily for 8 weeks and complete sleep questionnaires. The goal is to see if the real paste works better than a placebo version.
