First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding the drug nimotuzumab to standard chemotherapy (nab-paclitaxel and gemcitabine) helps people with high-risk pancreatic cancer that can be surgically removed. About 156 adults will receive either the drug combination or a placebo before and after surgery. The main goal is to see if the treatment delays cancer recurrence or death.
