Summary

This early-phase study tests adding nilotinib to standard targeted therapy for people with advanced melanoma that has a BRAF V600 mutation and has stopped responding to previous BRAF/MEK inhibitor treatment. About 30 participants will receive the drug combination to find the safest dose and understand side effects. The goal is to see if this new mix can control the cancer again.
