Summary
This study compares two medications, zastaprazan and esomeprazole, to see which one better relieves nighttime heartburn in people with erosive reflux disease (GERD). About 160 Korean adults with nighttime heartburn will take one of the two drugs for several weeks. The goal is to find which treatment helps them sleep without heartburn-related disturbances, improving their quality of life.
