Can a new drug help you sleep through the night without heartburn?

NCT ID NCT07268820

Summary

This study aims to see which of two existing heartburn medications works better at relieving nighttime heartburn and improving sleep in people with erosive reflux disease (GERD). Researchers will compare a newer drug called zastaprazan against a commonly used drug, esomeprazole. The main goal is to measure how well each drug reduces sleep disturbances caused by heartburn over a 4-week period.
