Summary

This study aims to find the best nap length for night shift workers to help control blood pressure and stay alert. Researchers will test five different nap durations (from 15 to 60 minutes) on 130 healthcare and public safety workers during simulated night shifts. The goal is to see which nap length best improves heart health patterns and performance right after waking up.
