This study tested whether personalized sleep or nutrition plans can reduce the negative health effects of night shift work. 57 rotating or night shift workers wore smart devices, took alertness tests, and gave blood samples. Researchers compared those who received the personalized plans to a control group to see if sleep and health improved.
