Can simple sleep and diet tweaks protect night shift workers?
NCT ID NCT06147089
Summary
This study tested whether giving personalized advice about sleep or nutrition could help night shift workers avoid negative health effects. Researchers followed 57 healthy shift workers for several months, comparing those who received tailored advice to a group that did not. They measured changes in sleep quality, blood sugar patterns, and alertness to see if the advice made a difference.
