Summary

This study aims to understand how working night shifts affects the eating habits of healthcare workers in intensive care and emergency departments. Researchers will use an online questionnaire to compare the meal timing, food choices, and eating patterns of these workers with people who work night shifts in other jobs. The goal is to gather information that could help create better workplace health programs for night shift workers in the future.
