Summary

This study follows 50 pregnant women with Chagas disease who take or have taken nifurtimox, a drug used for over 50 years. Researchers will track birth defects, pregnancy outcomes, and infant health up to 12 months old. The goal is to gather safety data, not to test a new treatment.
