This study tests a program called Resilient Families (R-FAM) designed to help parents of babies in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) feel less anxious, depressed, and stressed. About 50 parents will be randomly assigned to either the R-FAM program or receive standard resources. The goal is to see if the program is practical and helpful for improving emotional well-being and couple relationships during a difficult time.
