Summary
This study is testing a new support program called 'Resilient Families' for parents whose babies are in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). The program involves six video sessions with a psychologist to teach coping and communication skills. It aims to reduce parents' emotional distress, anxiety, and depression, and to improve their relationship satisfaction.
