New program aims to ease the emotional strain on NICU parents

Summary
This study is testing a new support program called 'Resilient Families' for parents who have a baby in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU). The goal is to see if the program is practical and helpful for reducing parents' stress, anxiety, and depression while improving their relationship. About 50 couples will be randomly assigned to either try this new program or receive standard educational resources.
