Summary
This study looks at how strongly addicted smokers are to nicotine and how that relates to their breathing strength, physical ability, thinking skills, pain, quality of life, activity levels, and sleep. About 212 regular smokers will complete questionnaires and simple tests. No treatments or medications are given—the goal is to better understand the wide-ranging effects of nicotine dependence.
