Summary
This study tests whether a vitamin B3 supplement called nicotinamide riboside (NR) is safe and tolerable for 20 people receiving a bone marrow transplant. The goal is to see if NR can help donor blood stem cells grow faster and reduce recovery time. Participants will take NR pills daily, and researchers will monitor side effects and blood cell recovery.
