Summary

This study will analyze the DNA of up to 20,000 people to find genetic causes of immune-related conditions like allergies, autoimmunity, and primary immunodeficiencies. Participants are already enrolled in other NIH studies, and their blood or saliva samples will be sequenced. The goal is to discover new disease genes and improve how genetic results are shared with patients.
