New drug combo shows promise for aggressive bladder cancer

Summary
This study tests whether adding the immunotherapy drug durvalumab to standard chemotherapy before bladder removal surgery is safe and effective for people with muscle-invasive bladder cancer. About 150 participants will receive the drug combination, then undergo surgery. The goal is to improve outcomes while managing side effects.
