NCT ID NCT06842992
Summary
This study tested whether a new drug called NH102 can help reduce symptoms of major depression. Researchers compared three different doses of NH102 against a placebo (inactive pill) and an existing antidepressant (duloxetine) in 243 adults with depression. The main goal was to see if NH102 was safe and more effective than placebo at reducing depression scores over 6 weeks of treatment.
