Summary

This study tests a new device called PulseSelect that uses pulsed field ablation to treat atrial fibrillation (AFib), a condition where the heart beats irregularly. About 320 adults with symptomatic AFib will receive this procedure. The goal is to see if it safely and effectively restores normal heart rhythm without the need for long-term medication.
