Summary

This study is testing a new drug called RLS-0071 to see if it is safe and can help newborns who have brain damage from a lack of oxygen during birth. The drug is given alongside standard cooling therapy. Researchers will follow the babies for two years to check for safety and see if the drug helps improve brain development and reduces long-term disabilities.
