Mayo clinic tests 'Stiffness Scan' for wrist pain
NCT ID NCT04804293
Summary
This study is testing a special type of ultrasound to measure stiffness in the wrist before and after carpal tunnel treatment. Researchers want to see if this scan can help doctors better track how well injections or surgery are working. The study involves 20 adults who are already scheduled for treatment and will have their wrists scanned several times over six months.
