New dressing combo aims to heal stubborn diabetic foot wounds
NCT ID NCT06035523
Summary
This small, completed pilot study tested a specific combination of two wound dressings, Endoform and Symphony, to see if they could help close chronic foot ulcers in people with diabetes. The 44 participants had their wounds treated weekly for up to 12 weeks. The main goal was to see how many ulcers fully healed and to check the safety of this staged treatment approach.
