Summary
This study is testing a new injectable medication called efsubaglutide alfa to see if it helps adults with overweight or obesity lose weight. About 200 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo (a dummy injection) for 22 weeks to compare results. Researchers will measure changes in body weight and check the drug's safety and how it works in the body.
