New heart ablation method could save veterans from deadly rhythms

Summary
This study tests a new approach for treating ventricular tachycardia (VT), a fast heart rhythm that can cause sudden death. Instead of triggering VT during the procedure, doctors will only target areas of slow electrical signals in the heart. The goal is to make ablation safer and more effective for 36 Veterans with scar-related VT.
