Could a simple urine test replace scans for cancer detection?

NCT ID NCT07400835

Summary

This study is testing whether a simple, at-home urine or vaginal swab test can accurately identify women with postmenopausal bleeding who are at high risk for endometrial cancer. It will compare these new tests to the current standard method, which involves an ultrasound scan. The goal is to create a less invasive way to decide which women truly need a follow-up biopsy.
