Summary

This study is testing a new oral drug called SAR443122 to see if it can help control ulcerative colitis in adults whose current treatments aren't working well enough. About 187 participants will receive either the new drug at one of three doses or a placebo for up to a year. The main goal is to see if the drug can reduce bowel inflammation and symptoms better than a placebo, and to find the safest and most effective dose.
