Summary

This study is testing a new drug called RO7837195 for adults with moderate to severe ulcerative colitis who haven't gotten better with other treatments. It aims to see if the drug can reduce symptoms and gut inflammation better than a placebo. The trial includes an initial 12-week comparison period, followed by a longer phase where all participants receive the active drug.
