Summary

This study is testing an investigational drug called SAR442970 to see if it can help control ulcerative colitis. It will involve about 99 adults with moderate to severe disease who haven't responded well to other treatments. The main goal is to see if the drug leads to clinical remission after 16 weeks, and participants could be in the study for up to 3 years to assess long-term safety and effectiveness.
