New scan aims to light up Hard-to-See tumors

NCT ID NCT07319130

Summary

This study is testing a new type of PET/CT scan designed to better visualize solid tumors that have high levels of a specific protein called Nectin-4. The scan uses a special tracer that attaches to this protein, potentially helping doctors see the tumors more clearly. The goal is to improve diagnosis and help guide future treatment decisions for cancers like certain breast and bladder cancers.
