Three-Pronged attack on tough breast cancer: radiation, immunotherapy, and chemo tested in major trial

NCT ID NCT06627712

Summary

This large, late-stage trial is testing a new combination treatment for early-stage triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC), a type that is harder to treat. It combines a short, intense course of radiation (SBRT) with immunotherapy and standard chemotherapy before surgery. The goal is to see if this three-part approach can more effectively eliminate cancer cells and improve outcomes for patients.
