Summary

This study is testing whether a new drug called axatilimab works better than current standard treatments for children with chronic graft-versus-host disease (cGVHD) who haven't responded to at least two previous therapies. The trial will involve 60 children aged 2 to 18 years who developed cGVHD after a stem cell transplant. Researchers will compare how well axatilimab controls the disease compared to other available treatments over 6-12 months.
