NCT ID NCT07196540
First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 09, 2026 · Updated 27 times
Summary
This study tests a new treatment for people with digestive tract cancers that have spread to the belly lining, causing fluid buildup (malignant ascites) that hasn't responded to standard treatments. The approach combines a modified tumor-killing protein, an immunotherapy drug, and targeted radiation. About 78 adults will receive this combination to see if it reduces or eliminates the fluid and to check for side effects.
