Summary
This study tests whether adding either ibrutinib or lenalidomide to standard chemotherapy can improve treatment for adults (18-65) with newly diagnosed primary central nervous system lymphoma, a rare brain cancer. The trial first finds safe doses, then randomly assigns patients to one of the two drug combos for four cycles. Those who respond well may proceed to a stem cell transplant. The goal is to increase complete remission rates while managing side effects.
