Summary

This study tests a new treatment for people with advanced stomach cancer that has not spread to other parts of the body or has spread a little. The treatment combines two immunotherapy drugs, chemotherapy, and targeted radiation. The goal is to see if this combination can shrink tumors and help people live longer. The study will include 55 adults aged 18-75 who have not had prior treatment for their advanced cancer.
