New drug combo tested to stop Leukemia's return after transplant

Summary
This study is testing which of two drug regimens works better to prepare high-risk or relapsed acute leukemia patients for a stem cell transplant. Researchers will compare a new combination called TmBU against a standard modified Bu/Cy regimen. The main goal is to see which approach better prevents the leukemia from coming back within two years after the transplant.
