Promising combo therapy offers hope for kids with rare brain cancers

Summary
This study tests a combination of low-dose chemotherapy and targeted drugs to control recurrent brain tumors in children. The goal is to extend survival while maintaining a good quality of life. About 232 children with medulloblastoma, ependymoma, ATRT, or other rare CNS tumors will receive this treatment.
