Summary
This study is developing and testing a new outpatient therapy program for children ages 7-12 who experience thoughts of self-harm or suicide. It aims to teach kids better emotion control and thinking skills while helping families stay engaged in treatment. Researchers will compare this new program to standard care to see if it's more helpful and easier for families to stick with.
