Summary
This study is testing a new type of talk therapy designed specifically for people with dissociative disorders, which cause feelings of detachment from oneself or reality. Researchers will compare this new therapy to standard care to see if it better reduces dissociative symptoms. The goal is to find the first proven effective treatment for this common but challenging condition.
