Summary
This is the first time a new tuberculosis (TB) vaccine called H107e/CAF®10b is being tested in people. The study aims to check if the vaccine is safe and if it triggers a good immune response in healthy adults. Researchers will give the vaccine in two parts, testing different doses and combinations, including with an existing TB vaccine called BCG.
