Summary

This study is testing whether adding a new drug called acetohydroxamic acid (AHA) to existing shorter treatment regimens can help people with multidrug-resistant tuberculosis. Researchers will enroll 120 participants to see if the combination is safe and effective at clearing the infection faster. The goal is to find better treatments for TB that doesn't respond to standard antibiotics.
