NCT ID NCT05400603
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 15, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This early-stage study is testing the safety and best dose of a new type of immune cell therapy for children whose neuroblastoma or osteosarcoma has come back or hasn't responded to standard treatments. Doctors will give children immune cells from healthy donors, along with a combination of four other cancer drugs, to see if the new approach helps fight the cancer. The main goal is to find a safe dose and see how well children tolerate the treatment.
