Doctors test supercharged immune cells against tough sarcomas
NCT ID NCT06474676
Summary
This early-stage trial is testing a new type of personalized cell therapy for people with advanced soft tissue or bone sarcoma that has spread or come back. Researchers will take a patient's own immune cells, modify them in a lab to better target the cancer, and then infuse them back. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see if this approach can help control the growth of liposarcoma, a specific type of sarcoma.
