Summary
This study is testing a specific surgical method to cover large or deep wounds on the lower leg, ankle, or foot. Doctors will move a flap of skin and tissue from the outer calf to cover the wound, aiming to improve healing. The trial will enroll 30 adult patients to see how well the flap survives and to check for complications.
