New surgical hope for severe bowel control problems

Summary
This study is testing a new surgical procedure to help people with severe bowel incontinence who haven't been helped by medications. Doctors will use a piece of the patient's own buttock muscle to create a new sphincter to improve control. The goal is to see if this surgery can significantly improve patients' symptoms and quality of life.
