NCT ID NCT07166380

Summary

This early study is testing a new drug called RK-4, injected directly into the brain through the skull, for people who have just had a severe stroke and cannot receive standard treatments. The main goal is to see if this injection is safe and how the body handles the drug, while also getting a first look to see if it might help with recovery. It will involve a small group of 18 participants who will receive one of three different doses over three days.
