Summary
This study is testing whether an experimental drug called MT200605 can help people recover better after a stroke. It aims to protect brain cells and reduce damage. The trial will enroll 360 stroke patients across China who will receive either the drug or a placebo along with standard care. Researchers will measure how well patients recover over three months.
