Radical new attack on advanced stomach cancer: drugs then surgery
NCT ID NCT06468280
Summary
This study is testing if a two-part strategy works better for advanced stomach cancer that has spread a little. One group gets strong drug therapy (immunotherapy plus chemo) followed by surgery to remove all visible tumors. The other group gets the drug therapy alone. The goal is to see if the combined approach helps control the cancer for a longer time without it getting worse.
